This study investigates the factors that contribute to work-life balance, including workfamily conflict, family-work conflict, job satisfaction, family satisfaction, life satisfaction, and work overload, and their impact on psychological well-being. The research uses a quantitative approach and cross-sectional research design with snowball sampling technique. The sample size is 350 employees from a manufacturing company in Klang Valley. The study uses a survey method, with 210 questionnaires completed and returned, yielding a 60% response rate. The data is analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis using IBM Statistical Package for Social Science Version 27.0.1, and multiple regression analysis is performed to test the hypothesis. The study found that psychological wellbeing was explained by three variables: family satisfaction, psychological distress, and work satisfaction. This contributes to the existing literature by analyzing the factors affecting work-life balance's impact on psychological well-being and distress among manufacturing industry employees. The findings provide a guide for the management of the manufacturing industry and ways to improve work-life balance to improve well-being among employees.
