Summary :The world has been shaken by the COVID-19 at the end of 2019, affected by the deaths and diseases. Therefore, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way people’s lives as well as businesses. In this case, Malaysia also exposed to the Malaysian government rules and procedures by implementing the Movement Control Order (MCO) to resolve the COVID-19 pandemic. Most people were affected during the MCO, especially in the employment sectors, both employees and employers. Not just of the economy affect, but it also concerned the outbreak of diseases and deaths during this MCO and COVID-19 pandemic.
