Abstract : Unirazak Library

From the demographic perspectives, all independent variables have significant relationship with the organizational management among employees except autocratic leadership style does not have significant impact towards organizational management among employees. Thus, from the demography, the male and female activeness are analysed and including stressful experiences are exposed to in their line of work, exposure to traumatic events. Through the statistical analyses performed on SPSS, four the hypotheses were significant and positively influence the employee organizational management. Further to that, the implication of each of the independent variables is discussed on its importance towards the organizational management. In conclusion, all the research questions were answered and fulfilled the requirement of the research objective.
