A reliability analysis that evaluates the level of item correlation using Cronbach's Alpha to determine the degree to which something is connected to another. The key factors contributing to job stress, according to the study's findings, were the working environment, workplace inflexibility, personal issue element, lack of financial resources, and management systems. The findings also show that there is less job satisfaction in the case study as a result of limited work promotion, unfair compensation, and a lack of trust in management, a lack of relationships between employees, limited learning opportunities, and un-advancement in job.
