Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library |
This study looks at the multidimensional link between financial management competencies and business outcomes for contractors in Malaysia's construction sector. The industry, which is critical to the country's economy, is distinguished by its complexity and responsiveness to market trends. Despite regulatory attempts by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) to reduce risks, contractor failures remain significant, threatening economic stability and professional confidence. The purpose of this research is to deconstruct the elements that influence contractor success and failure by looking at the CIDB's regulatory landscape, strategic capabilities, operational failure difficulties, and recovery resilience measures |
