This research paper focus on the intricate dynamics of work-life balance within the context of VFive Group, a medium-sized company in Malaysia, focusing on the influences of workload, role conflict, family considerations and flexible working hours. In today’s organizational landscape, the prioritization of work-life balance has become paramount, reflecting a global trend observed even in Malaysian companies engaged in international trade. Despite the recognition of its significance, achieving work-life balance remains elusive for many professional, particularly amids economic downturns and heightened competition.
