Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library |
The increasing demand for employee-centric work practices offering temporal and spatial flexibility is evident. Numerous private and public organizations are implementing these procedures, also known as flexible work arrangements (FWAs), to aid employees in managing work-family balance, adjusting to changing demands, reducing costs, and improving employee appeal. Different generational cohorts, namely Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z, have varying expectations and priorities towards work, which likely influences their perception and reaction to FWAs. This study reveals that FWAs have a positive impact on job satisfaction, which in turn boosts employee morale, loyalty, a sense of belonging to the organization, and long-term performance. |
