| The oil and gas industry in Malaysia, like many other sectors, faces the challenge of optimizing project expediting processes to meet stringent deadlines, control costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This study delves into the multifaceted landscape of project expediting effectiveness by examining the influence of five key factors which is, technical advancements, organizational practices, regulatory compliance, cultural influences, and resource allocation. Through the measurement of questionnaire is underline which the framework of data collection of 120 respondents by the employees from oil and gas industry in Malaysia. The technique of analysis is by the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) were determined to analyze the data. A quantitative research method is adopted to gather the data from industry professionals. This approach ensures an understanding of the factors affecting project expediting. The study’s finding provides valuable insights into the intricate interplay of these factors within the Malaysian oil and gas industry. |
