Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
This study examines how different Leadership styles affect worker productivity while taking organizational culture into account as a moderating factor. It uses a quantitative study methodology to examine how several Leadership styles—visionary, democratic, laissez-faire, and transformational—affect worker productivity. Using a cross-sectional survey approach, the study collects data from a wide range of participants in different industries and organizational levels. The findings show that there is a significant positive relationship between worker productivity and Leadership styles, especially visionary and laissez-faire Leadership styles. The ability to clearly communicate and motivate others towards a common goal is what defines visionary Leadership styles, and it had the most effect on output. Laissez-faire Leadership styles, which is characterized by a detached style and giving staff members a great deal of liberty, also showed a noteworthy positive impact. Democratic and transformational Leadership styles, on the other hand, showed modest but noteworthy increases in output. It's interesting to note that organizational culture does not appear to considerably reduce the association between productivity and Leadership styles. This shows that these Leadership styles are robust and direct in a variety of organizational culture contexts. The demographic analysis of the research shows a preponderance of middle-aged, seasoned workers, which puts the effectiveness of the Leadership styles in context. The results of the study have important ramifications for organizational Leadership styles since they indicate that increased productivity is correlated with the development of particular Leadership styles skills. It emphasizes the direct impact of Leadership styles on worker productivity regardless of cultural background and emphasizes the significance of visionary and laissez-faire Leadership styles in contemporary organizational situations. This study adds to the body of knowledge already available on organizational behavior and Leadership styles by providing a thorough grasp of the ways in which various Leadership styles affect worker productivity. Organizational leaders and HR specialists can use its practical insights to create Leadership styles development plans and initiatives that increase productivity and efficiency at work. The results also point to directions for further investigation, especially when it comes to determining how well certain Leadership styles work in diverse organizational contexts and cultural contexts.
