Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library |
This study explores risk management strategies within Libya's Oil Crescent, with a focus on the challenging period following the 2011 Libyan revolution. This period marked a sea change, bringing about considerable political and social disruptions that have significantly reshaped risk management in the oil and gas industry. The research specifically addresses the post-revolution political conflicts in the Oil Crescent, characterized by intense confrontations among different groups. These conflicts have drastically influenced the sector's approach to risk management, presenting new challenges such as political instability, changing regulatory frameworks, evolving stakeholder expectations, and increased security risks. |
