This study investigates the influence of ethical and participative leadership on employees' innovative work behavior within RASCO, a company with a workforce of 500. With a focus on understanding how these leadership styles foster an environment conducive to innovation, the research aimed to answer how ethical and participative leadership impact innovation and whether there's a significant correlation between these leadership styles and innovative behaviors. A structured questionnaire, adapted from established scales, was distributed to a sample of 133 employees, determined through a power analysis using G*Power software to ensure statistical significance. The study employed multiple regression analysis to understand the combined and separate impact of ethical and participative leadership on innovative work behavior. The findings reveal that both ethical and participative leadership are strong predictors of innovation, with participative leadership showing a slightly stronger correlation. The study demonstrates that ethical leadership, characterized by trust and fairness, and participative leadership, emphasizing employee collaboration, are crucial in stimulating innovative behaviors. The multiple regression analysis underscores that these leadership styles together significantly predict employee innovation. The implications of this study suggest that RASCO's leadership development programs should focus on enhancing these leadership qualities to foster a more innovative organizational culture. |
