Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
Shopee is an e-commerce firm that began operations in 2015. Shopee is a major Southeast Asian e-commerce site. Shopee has offered a wide range of services, including online shopping, ShopeePay, ShopeeFood, and others. Shopee has the potential to be the most important e-commerce site in Malaysia due to its regional customization. Shopee employs a sophisticated payment and delivery infrastructure to provide customers with a simple, secure, and superficial online purchase experience. (Shopee, 2022). The study presents various hypotheses, including relationship between e-service quality and e-customer satisfaction, e-service quality and e-trust, e-trust and e-loyalty, and ecustomer satisfaction and e-loyalty among Shopee consumers in Kuala Lumpur. The data gathering processes in this study is acquired the basic data from respondents via questionnaires. This study was carried out between January and March of 2024. The research focuses on EService Quality, E-Customer Service, E-Trust, and E-Loyalty, including 97 survey respondents. At the end of the study, researchers concluded that E-Service quality, E-Customer Service, and E-Trust had an influence on E-Loyalty since the inferential analysis yielded a p-value greater than 0.05.
