Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library |
This research explores resistance to digital transformation in HR departments, focusing on digitalization practices, management support, training effectiveness, and organizational culture's impact on HR adaptability. Utilizing a sample of 204 HR professionals from nearby organizations, the study applied the Technology Acceptance Model, Change Management, and Organizational Culture Theory to analyze these elements. Data was collected via a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software, with reliability confirmed through Cronbach's Alpha. Regression analysis revealed minimal impact of current digitalization practices on HR effectiveness, highlighting the necessity of strong management support, effective training, and a positive organizational culture for successful digital adoption. Limitations include a smaller-than-targeted sample size and potential generalizability issues due to the study's localized scope and reliance on free software, which may have constrained the depth of analysis. Despite these challenges, the research provides valuable insights into overcoming digital resistance in HR, aiming to facilitate smoother digital transitions. |
