Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
This study investigates the critical factors contributing to organizational effectiveness within the Klang Valley, focusing on the impact of performance management components such as rewards management, leadership behavior, feedback mechanisms, goal setting, and HR digitalization. Organizations in Klang Valley face challenges in enhancing effectiveness due to inadequate performance management strategies. The objectives were to examine these components' impact on organizational effectiveness and provide evidence-based recommendations for optimizing performance management practices. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via structured surveys from 304 employees across various industries, selected through stratified random sampling, achieving a 74.15% response rate. Statistical analyses by using SPSS including correlation, regression, and ANOVA, were used to explore relationships between performance management strategies and organizational effectiveness. The findings indicate that effective performance management strategies significantly enhance organizational effectiveness by improving employee engagement, motivation, and alignment with organizational goals. Integrated performance management, robust feedback mechanisms, strategic rewards management, and HR digitalization were identified as critical factors, while leadership behavior and goal-setting practices also significantly contribute to organizational success.
