This study focuses on the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into human resource management (HRM) within the corporate sector in Kuala Lumpur. The research seeks to assess the influence of AI on talent acquisition, employee involvement, performance evaluation, and policy formulation in diverse sectors. The study utilizes quantitative methodologies, such as surveys and statistical analysis, to collect data and evaluate the effectiveness of AI in HRM.
