Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
This study examines how Malaysian takaful agents' job satisfaction is affected by a flexible work environment. It specifically looks at the effects of telecommuting, flexible work schedules, activity-based learning, and remote work. More specifically, it looks at the ways in which telecommuting, flexible work schedules, activity-based learning, and remote work affect employee happiness. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, information was gathered by means of surveys sent to takaful and insurance agents throughout Malaysia. According to the study's findings, there are important correlations between the dependent variable—job satisfaction—and the independent variables—remote work, flexible scheduling, activity-based working, and telecommuting. Although the relative importance of the various components of a flexible work environment varies, statistical study shows that all of the components have a beneficial impact on job satisfaction.
