Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library |
This study investigates the influence of global leadership on project success within Sabah's high-performing Government-Linked Companies (GLCs). Drawing on quantitative data from surveys administered to 72 GLC staff members (executive and below positions), the research explores how cultural intelligence, communication, collaboration, and leadership adaptation contribute to project outcomes. The study also examines the moderating effects of institutional environment, project type (contingency factor), and project management theories on these relationships. By uncovering the interplay between global leadership and various contextual factors, the research aims to provide valuable insights for enhancing project success in Sabah's GLCs, contributing to their continued growth and economic impact. |
