This study analyzes the determinants influencing the quality of service delivery in maritime transport, emphasizing port congestion, port infrastructure, and environmental conditions. The study examines the influence of these parameters on schedule accuracy and overall operational efficiency, utilizing a sample of 163 cases from an original population of 297. The results indicate that port congestion is the primary cause of delays, succeeded by insufficient port infrastructure and adverse environmental conditions, including extreme weather. Statistical analysis verifies a normal distribution of data, facilitating dependable findings and suggestions. Primary recommendations for enhancement encompass improved meteorological surveillance, capital allocation for port infrastructure, and the implementation of sustainable methodologies to alleviate ecological repercussions. This study enhances the comprehension of maritime logistics by identifying key areas for operational improvement and prospective research avenues. |
