This study aims to examine the factors influencing organizational performances and how it affects the automotive industry in Kuala Lumpur. The study reviewed Goal-Setting Theory and Hertzberg’s Two Factor Theory, as well as empirical research that are relevant to the research. Furthermore, the quantitative approach of data analysis was used and data was collected from 262 survey questionnaires received from employees in automotive industry, and SPS software was used to analyse the data. The study employed non-probability sampling techniques, specifically judgemental sampling. The outcome of the study indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between the independent variable namely leadership style, workplace environment, technology and tools, employee engagement and satisfaction and training and development and the dependent variable, organizational performances. Thus, it is crucial for organizations to look into these factors in order to ensure sustainable performance. |
