These findings are expected to provide insights into how these variables contribute to absenteeism and may suggest targeted interventions to reduce absenteeism in manufacturing organizations. The findings implication could help manufacturing companies address absenteeism by understanding key factors like job satisfaction, reward systems, working conditions, and employee morale, thereby reducing absenteeism rates.
