The purpose of this study aims to investigate the factors influencing employee absenteeism in manufacturing organizations, focusing on job satisfaction, reward administration, working conditions, and employee morale. A design of quantitative methodology was used, incorporating a survey. A random sampling of 257 workers from manufacturing companies was conducted to gather data. The study findings will reveal relationship between absenteeism and factors such as job satisfaction, reward administration, working conditions, and employee morale. These findings are expected to provide insights into how these variables contribute to absenteeism and may suggest targeted interventions to reduce absenteeism in manufacturing organizations. The findings implication could help manufacturing companies address absenteeism by understanding key factors like job satisfaction, reward systems, working conditions, and employee morale, thereby reducing absenteeism rates. This study is valuable as it sheds light on the pressing issue of absenteeism in manufacturing companies, with potential cost-saving and productivity improvement by addressing the root causes. |
