This research investigates how environmental practices, safety standards, technology and innovation, social responsibility, and financial affordability influence patient satisfaction in private hospitals. A quantitative study approach was employed, from a survey of 425 participants to evaluate patient perceptions of sustainable healthcare practices. Statistical analysis revealed significant correlations between sustainability measures and patient satisfaction, with private hospitals implementing comprehensive sustainability initiatives, such as energy efficiency and waste management, reporting higher levels of patient satisfaction. Additionally, safety standards protocol and technological advancements were found to enhance patient experiences significantly. These findings provide actionable insights for healthcare managers and policymakers, emphasizing the need for investment in sustainable practices and technology to meet both patient expectations and environmental standards. This research adds to the relatively underexplored area of sustainability in healthcare management, offering valuable recommendations for private hospital administrators aiming to improve patient satisfaction through sustainable initiatives. |
