Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
Organizations today are increasingly confronted with the challenges of adapting to rapidly evolving environments, driven by technological advancements, globalization, and market pressures. Effective change management is critical for ensuring organizational success, as poorly managed transitions can result in employee resistance, reduced productivity, and diminished performance. This research investigates the key factors of change management specifically leadership, communication, teamwork, training, and organizational culture and their impact on organizational performance. Through an empirical analysis of data collected from employees across various industries in Malaysia, this study aims to determine the significance of these factors in facilitating successful organizational transformations. The study employed a descriptive research design and utilized SPSS for statistical analysis of the responses from 205 participants. The findings indicate a strong positive relationship between effective change management practices and improved organizational performance. In particular, leadership support, open communication, and continuous employee training emerged as the most influential factors in driving successful organizational change. This research contributes to the body of knowledge on change management by providing insights into how organizations can better manage transitions and improve performance through strategic initiatives.
