Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library |
The transition to remote and hybrid work environments, hastened by the COVID-19 epidemic, has presented novel problems and opportunities for enterprises, particularly with team dynamics, trust, risk-taking, and creativity. The purpose of this study is to investigate how trust affects these factors in hybrid and virtual work environments. Through an analysis of the relationship between trust and risk-taking, innovation, and team dynamics, this research offers important new insights on how to improve organizational performance and collaboration in contemporary work settings. 180 employees and managers from companies in a variety of industries that have embraced virtual and hybrid work arrangements made up the research sample. A structured questionnaire was utilized to gather data, and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to do quantitative analysis utilizing descriptive statistics, regression analysis, and correlation analysis. As dependent variables, team dynamics, risk-taking, and innovation were examined, while trust was evaluated as an independent variable. All three hypotheses are highly supported by the facts. It was discovered that trust significantly affected risk-taking, innovation and team dynamics. The findings emphasize how crucial it is to build trust in virtual and hybrid work environments to address the drawbacks of relying more on digital communication and fewer in-person encounters. The results of this study have significant ramifications for future job design, organizational development, and leadership. To improve team chemistry and creativity, leaders should give priority to trust-building projects that encourages cooperation and psychological safety in remote work settings. |
