Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
In recent years, the adoption of digital payment methods has transformed how businesses and users conduct transactions. This study focuses on the ‘DuitNow QR Code Payment’ system, a significant innovation in the digital payment landscape in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The research aims to explore the factors affecting user satisfaction with the DuitNow QR Code Payment system. The study investigates key factors such as Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Risk (PR), and Trust, examining their influence on customer satisfaction. Data was collected via structured questionnaires distributed to users in Klang Valley, and the analysis revealed that Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU) (β = 0.384, p = 0.033), Perceived Risk (PR) (β = 0.391, p = 0.022), and Trust (β = 0.551, p = 0.041) are significant predictors of user satisfaction. Among these, Trust had the strongest positive influence on satisfaction. Surprisingly, Perceived Usefulness (PU) (β = -0.036, p = 0.031) had a slight negative impact on satisfaction, indicating that users may prioritize ease of use and trust over perceived benefits. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of factors driving user satisfaction with QR code payment systems and offer practical insights for improving their implementation.
