This study investigates the factors influencing employee turnover rates among cabin crew at AirAsia, the largest low-cost airline in Asia, with a particular focus on the impact of workplace environment on job satisfaction. Utilizing data from a survey of 200 employees, alongside a review of existing literature on job satisfaction, the research aims to draw reliable conclusions regarding these dynamics. The findings reveal a strong positive correlation between workplace environment and job satisfaction, indicating that a supportive work setting significantly enhances employee morale. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of job satisfaction, providing valuable insights for managers seeking to cultivate a more conducive workplace environment and improve overall employee performance. |
