Due to modern project environments are dynamic, it is imperative that change management methods be effectively integrated into project management methodologies to improve project outcomes. The purpose of this study is to assess how the incorporation of change management strategies into project management processes affects project success. Using a combination of quantitative data from a structured questionnaire survey and qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews with project management experts, a mixedmethods approach was used. 141 project managers, change management professionals and team members participated in the survey, which evaluated their knowledge of change management techniques and opinions about the advantages of incorporating these techniques into project processes. 141 project managers, change management professionals and team members participated in the survey, which evaluated their knowledge of change management techniques and opinions about the advantages of incorporating these techniques into project processes. Significant correlations and patterns were found through statistical analysis using SPSS, and a deeper comprehension of the practical consequences and difficulties of this integration was obtained by thematic analysis of the interview data. The results emphasize the significance of a comprehensive approach to project management that incorporates change management components and show a positive association between the incorporation of change management methods and improved project outcomes. To improve project performance and adaptability in a timely manner, this paper's conclusion offers solutions for organizations to successfully integrate change management practices into their project management frameworks. |
