Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
Project management involves multifaceted disciplines which are crucial to be managed by the project manager for the organization to produce the targeted deliverables and reach an overall organizational success. Every stakeholder involved in the project must collaborate and maintain good relationship. One of the success factors to foster the collaboration, teamwork and bring positive impact to the project management is communication. Fostering effective communication should be adopted within organizations to align every stakeholder involved in the project. Ineffective communication can have adverse effects on project outcomes. The objective of this study isto identify factors that could contribute to the effectiveness of communication in managing project in an organization. The methodology for this study is a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Key findings indicated companies used both traditional and modern mean of communication and the critical role of leadership, organizational culture, stakeholder engagement, digital integration, and continuous improvement strategies in enhancing communication effectiveness.
