Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
Bursa Malaysia is the stock market of Malaysia where the exchange tracked by Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI). It is one of the largest bourse in ASEAN. It is based in Kuala Lumpur and was previously known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE). It provides full integration of transactions, offering a wide range of currency exchange and related services, including trading, settlement, clearing and savings services. Along with the Securities Commission of Malaysia, the stock exchange regulates the capital market in Malaysia and, through its facilities, upholds the duty to manage and maintain order in the trading of stocks, bonds and derivatives. There are various techniques investors use in the stock market investment; some may use fundamental analysis, technical analysis, emotion influence or even gambling technique. None of the mentioned techniques guarantee of 100% profit in stock market, which because of low accuracy analysis, lack of knowledge with no proper study on the stock, casino mentality in the stock market or even with no proper investment goal. Most of the Malaysian is not interested to invest in the stock market due to risk of losing money. Influence of artificial intelligence in stock market prediction requires processing a lot of data and making predictions by analyze the data from variety of sources including news, stories, earnings report, social media, Yahoo Finance and Bursa Marketplace. In this paper will explained how the data are analyze from the variety of sources and how the market prediction analysis will be impact to the investor.
