Abstract : UNIRAZAK Library
Effective stakeholders’ collaboration and participation strategies are most crucial to the success of projects. The study identified perceptible causal links between the adoption of stakeholder collaboration and involvement approaches, and project success in public organisations of the Education Ministry and Public Works Department of Malaysia. The study revealed that public institutions need to better overcome common constraints associated with stakeholder collaboration. These included excessive bureaucratic procedures, competing interests among stakeholders, as well as insufficient channels to communicate with all participants. Simple random sampling is applied for picking up 100 people that were connected to various projects and area of expertise.
